Same-Day Delivery: Luca Bloom proudly offers same-day delivery services within metropolitan areas of Melbourne. It’s important to note that we are unable to guarantee a specific time for delivery. We engage third-party courier services to facilitate our deliveries, and thus, precise delivery times cannot be assured.
Third-Party Courier Services: Luca Bloom relies on third-party courier services to fulfill our delivery commitments. The delivery fee displayed on our website directly reflect the charges imposed by our courier service. We transparently pass these charges on to our valued customers. We cannot be held accountable for any delays that may occur during the transit process. Concierge and Front Desk Deliveries: Once the flowers or gift has been successfully delivered to a concierge or front desk at the address specified, we relinquish responsibility for the subsequent transfer of the flowers to the recipient.
Hospital Deliveries: In the event of hospital deliveries, if the patient has been discharged before the flowers arrives, it will be returned to Luca Bloom studios, and a re-delivery fee will be applicable. The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure the recent is available for to receive the delivery.
Address Accuracy: We emphasize the importance of providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date address and contact information. In cases where an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and we deliver your order as instructed, we cannot accept responsibility for any resulting errors.
Undeliverable Addresses: If flowers are unable to be delivered due to incorrect addresses, contact details, or gated properties, they will be returned to Luca Bloom studios. In such instances, a re-delivery fee will apply, and the customer will be liable for all associated charges and fees incurred for the return, storage, or disposal of undelivered flowers. Refunds will not be offered.
Apartment and Unit Addresses: Luca Bloom reserves the right to contact recipients residing in apartments and units prior to delivery. Couriers may encounter difficulties when delivering to units and apartment buildings, which may result in the flowers arriving late, being misplaced, or returned to Luca Bloom Studio. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient will be available on the delivery day. If the recipient is not present, and access to the building cannot be obtained to safely leave the flowers or gifts, it will be deemed ‘undeliverable’ and returned to Luca Bloom.

Flower Lifespan: Typically, all cut flowers have a lifespan ranging from 5 to 7 days, but variations may occur. If you believe that your flowers have not met this expected duration, we kindly request that you provide a photograph of the flowers within the initial 3 days of receiving the arrangement. Regrettably, if photographic evidence cannot be provided by the recipient, we will be unable to proceed with a resolution.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled outside of 48 hours of the requested delivery time will incur a 50% charge, as all flower are ordered in advance. We do not offer refunds on orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date. Refunds can only be made back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
